On 02/03/15, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Tiffany Michelle Hall, 30 old female, 120 Couch Rd Jonesborough TN, 37659.
The arrest stems from an investigation into a report that on 01/15/15, Johnson City police officers responded to 107 Woodlawn Drive on a report of fraudulent prescriptions being returned to the business, Woodlawn Medical Care. Officers spoke with officials of the business who advised that numerous prescriptions were wrote on the practices prescription pads with the name of one of their doctors as the prescriber. As the prescriptions were being sent to the practice, staff checked the names of the patients on the prescriptions and found that the names were not in their computer system and were not patients of the practice. Officers were advised that the business later received a fraudulent prescription with the name of Tiffany Hall on it who was one of the business's registered nurses. Subsequent investigation revealed that Hall took the prescription pads from the business and used them to obtain narcotics fraudulently.
Tiffany Hall was arrested and charged with Theft of Property under $500.00, Drug Fraud (12cts), Forgery (12cts) and Identity Theft (1ct). Hall is being held in the Washington County Detention on a $100,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Sessions Court on 02/04/15 at 1:30 PM.
