SUBJECT: Attempted Second Degree Murder Arrest DATE: 2-2-2015 TIME: 6:00 A.M.

On February 2nd, 2015 at approximately 2:07 A.M., officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to 300 Delaware Street in reference to a shooting. The victim, Jennifer Mack, had received a gunshot wound to the hip and was transported to the Johnson City Medical Center. Mrs. Mack was taken to surgery and her condition is unknown at this time. After an investigation, it was found that the victim had been shot by her husband, Delmar L. Mack, 9-3-1968, who resides at 300 Delaware Street. Mr. Mack was charged with Attempted Second Degree Murder and was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he was placed under a $50,000 bond. Mr. Mack is scheduled for an initial appearance in Washington County General Sessions on 2-2-15 at 1:30 P.M.
