On 01/31/2015 at approximately 8:00pm officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Tyrell Hill, a 26 year old male, of 1706 Todd Dr., Johnson City, TN. Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at the victim’s residence. Upon officer’s arrival, they made contact with the victim. The victim stated that she and Mr. Hill are ex-boyfriend and ex-girlfriend whom share a child together and are expecting another child. She stated that they began arguing over money and the paying of bills in front of their child. The argument then escalated. According to the victim Mr. Hill then grabbed his knife and threatened to harm her and their unborn child with it. Once contact was made with Mr. Hill he did have the knife in his possession inside the vehicle he was driving. Mr. Hill was charged with aggravated assault-domestic related. Mr. Hill is scheduled to appear in Washington County Sessions Court on 02/02/2015 at 1:30pm. Mr. Hill is being held on a $10,000.
