On 01/15/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Tessa N. Hurt (1725 Nathaniel Drive #50, Johnson City; 22 years old) and charged her with Shoplifting over $500.00. Her arrest stems from an investigation at Walmart, 3111 Browns Mill Road, where $747.60 worth of merchandise was taken from the business. Ms. Hurt was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $5,000.00 bond. Her arraignment is set for 01/16/15 at 10:30 a.m. in Washington County’s General Sessions Court.
