On 10/28/14, Investigators of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Brandon Horvath (121 Lynn Rd., Johnson City, 26 years old) charging him with felony vandalism.
On 10/20/14, Horvath destroyed the entry door of a room he rented at American Classic Efficiency Suites, 121 Lynn Rd. The manager of the business spoke with Horvath who blamed the damage on someone else before leaving prior to police arrival. The investigation revealed that a verbal argument inside the rented room escalated and Horvath purposely damaged the property.
On 10/28/14, Horvath was taken into custody after appearing in Washington County General Sessions Court on an unrelated matter. He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear at 9:00 a.m. on 10/29/14 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
