On 10/27/2014 at approximately 05:45 p.m., officers of the Johnson City Police Department were dispatched to Kroger’s at 1805 W State of Franklin Rd. Contact was made with loss prevention associates who stated that an employee had been embezzling from the business since September. The employee was identified as 25 year old Bryan Davis, who was taken into custody. Davis was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he was charged with Embezzling over $1000. He is currently being held on a $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Session Court on 10/28/14 at 1:30 pm.
