On 07/31/14, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Anthony J. Ervin 25yr. old male 1204 Oakdell Ct. Johnson City TN 37604
The arrest stems from an investigation into a police report that Erivn filed on 08/18/14 against family members accusing them of trying to steal his vehicle by fraudulent means on 05/05/14. Subsequent investigation in the alleged crime revealed that Ervin had known and given his approval into the future sale of the vehicle to a third party. Anthony J. Ervin
Anthony J. Ervin is charged False Reporting, a violation of T.C.A. 39-16-502. He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Facility on a $5,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Session Court on 08/29/14 at 1:30 PM.
