On 12/07/2020 officers arrested Kellie Hartley (35 year old female, 157 Russell Hill Rd for Possession of Stolen Property over $1000, and Identity Theft.
Officers responded to 607 Twin Oaks Dr regarding a possible stolen vehicle being located. During the investigation, it was determined that the vehicle was reported stolen out of Jonesborough. Through surveillance footage officers were able to locate the driver of the vehicle inside of the store. She admitted to being in possession of the stolen vehicle, but when she was asked for her ID she presented officers with someone else’s driver’s license claiming it to be her. She was eventually identified as Ms. Hartley.
Ms. Hartley was transported to the Washington County Detention Center and is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is scheduled for 12/08/2020 at 1:30pm in Washington County General Sessions Court.
