On 12/10/20, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 24 year old Baylee N. Head of 5728 Chestnut Hills Dr.
in Kingsport, TN and charged her with being a Fugitive from Justice for a crime in another state and two counts of Simple
Possession.
On 12/09/20 at approximately 5:17 a.m., officers responded to Walgreens, 429 N. State of Franklin Rd., in reference to a
possible shoplifting. During the investigation it was determined that Ms. Head was wanted on an active warrant out of
Bristol, VA.Contact was made with the Bristol Police Department and they advised that they would extradite her. She
was also found to have been in possession of Xanax and Suboxone in a small baggie.
Baylee Head was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being
held in lieu of a $2,000 bond and extradition for the out of state warrant. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 12/10/20
in Washington County General Sessions Court.
