On 11/06/20 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Sunni Winningham (403 S. Roan St. 34 years old) and charged her with Schedule VI Drug Violations and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
On 11/05/20 at approximately 10:50 p.m. officers were dispatched to the 1400 block of E. Oakland Ave. in reference to a suspicious vehicle. Officers made contact with Winningham in the passenger seat of the vehicle asleep. During the course of the investigation, officers discovered a marijuana ‘blunt’ in the passenger seat. Further search of the vehicle revealed that Winningham was in possession of 29.13 grams of marijuana. She was then placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center. Winningham was charged with one count of Schedule VI drug violations and one count of Unlawful drug paraphernalia. Winningham is being held in lieu of a $11,000 bond with arraignment set for 11/6/20 at 10:30 a.m. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
