On 07/27/2020, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Timothy Blair, (50 year old, 314 Ivanhoe Dr.) and charged him with Driving Under The Influence (fifth offense) and Driving on a Revoked license.
The arrest stems from officers investigating a combative male who had wrecked his scooter at a local grocery store. Officers arrived and found Blair with his electric moped in the roadway. Investigation revealed Blair was intoxicated while in control of his electric moped and his license is currently revoked from a past DUI.
Blair was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he was being held without bond. Arraignment is set for 07/28/20 at 01:30 p.m. in Washington County General Sessions
