On 7/26/2020, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Kasey Garrison (406 W Jackson Blvd #12, 28 years old) and charged her with Aggravated Burglary, Theft over $2,500 and Simple Possession, and arrested Jordan Swearingen (202 Echo Dr, 28 years old) and charged her with Aggravated Burglary, Theft over $2,500, and Evading.
On 7/26/2020, Officers responded to a Burglary in progress. Upon arrival, Officers were able to detain Kasey Garrison on scene while in possession of the homeowner's property in and around her vehicle. Other suspects fled the scene prior to officers’ arrival. Officers were able to locate and apprehend Jordan Swearingen running from the scene.
Kasey Garrison was placed in custody and transported to Washington County Detention Center. She is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 7/27/2020 at 10:30 a.m. in Washington County General Sessions Court.
