On 7/27/20, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Christopher Foister (506 Swadley Road, Johnson City, Tennessee, 41 years old) and charged him with one count of aggravated burglary and one count of theft under $1,000.
The arrest came as a result of an investigation into a burglary that occurred at 502 Swadley Road, Apartment #3, Johnson City, Tennnessee on 5/7/20 at around 5:30 a.m. The victim’s basement/garage area of his apartment was forcefully entered and various tools, camping and fishing equipment was stolen. During the course of the investigation, Christopher Foister was developed as a suspect.
Foister was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $3,000 bond. An arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 7/28/20 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
