On 11/14/2019 at 4:09 p.m., an officer of the Johnson City Police Department was transporting suspect Wayne Jumpin Jack Peek, 34yoa, General Delivery, Johnson City, TN to the Washington County Detention Center on charges of Criminal Trespassing, and two active warrants out of Washington County. Upon being booked into the detention center a small baggie containing a white crystalized substance was found in Mr. Peek’s sock. Mr. Peek was then charged with one count of Introduction into a Penal Facility. Mr. Peek is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond and is scheduled for arraignment on Friday 11/15/2019 at 10:30 am.
