On 11/14/2019, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Clyde Wilson (420 W Maple St.) 48 years old and charged him with domestic aggravated assault.
On 10/5/19 at approximately 7:50 p.m. officers responded to 420 W Maple St. and spoke with the victim. Victim stated that she and Wilson were on their way to the grocery store when a verbal altercation took place. She asked Wilson to let her out of the vehicle and Wilson slowed down to let her out. Once out of the vehicle, Wilson drove off dragging the victim an unknown distance. The victim sustained several injuries and was taken to the Johnson City Medical Center and was treated for her injuries. A warrant was taken out for Wilson charging him with domestic aggravated assault.
On 11/14/19, Johnson City Officers received notification from the Washington County Jail that Wilson was incarcerated at their facility on Washington County charges. Wilson was served the Johnson City warrant at the jail and charged with domestic aggravated assault. Wilson’s court date was set for November 15, 2019 at 10:30 a.m. in Washington County General Sessions Court, his bond was set at $20,000.
