On 11/14/19, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Mark B. Gage (123 West Millard St, 58 years old) and charged him with being a fugitive from justice.
At approximately 11:25 a.m., officers responded to 401 East Watauga Ave., Performance Medical, in reference to an unknown individual that would not leave the property. Upon arrival officers made contact with Mark Gage standing at the back of the property. A warrant check revealed that Mr. Gage was wanted out of Scott County, VA for a failure to appear stemming from a felony drug charge. Mr. Gage was then taken into custody and transported to the Washington County Detention Center without incident. Gage’s bond hearing is set for 10:30 a.m. on 11/15/19 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
