On 11/10/2019, the Johnson City Police Department responded to a death investigation at the area of the I-26 Overpass and East State of Franklin Road. During the course of the investigation, the decedent has been identified as Johnson City resident, Michael Kling, 34 years old. No foul play is suspected at this time; however, the investigation is ongoing.
