On 11/6/19, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Donald R Miller (811 Wilson Ave, 59 years old) and charged him with Aggravated Domestic Assault and False Imprisonment.
At approximately 8:15 a.m., officers responded to the Johnson City Medical Center Emergency Room where a female was reporting being assaulted. The investigation revealed that the victim sustained several bruises, laceration and a broken arm as a result of being assaulted by her boyfriend, Miller the day prior. The female also stated that during the altercation she attempted to flee and Miller drug her back into the residence.
Miller was taken into custody at his residence and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 11/7/19 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
