On 11/05/19, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Billy L. Nave (2717 S. Roan St. 30 years old) and charged with attempted second degree murder.
The arrest is the result of an investigation into a shooting incident that occurred on 11/02/19 at 2717 S. Roan St., Johnson City, TN. The victim checked himself in at the Johnson City Medical Center after he sustained a gunshot wound while he was involved in a domestic violence incident with Billy L. Nave.
On 11/05/19, officers located Billy L. Nave after a caller advised Nave was observed in the area of S. Broadway St. in Johnson City. Nave was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Johnson City Police Department. Nave was later taken to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $100,000.00 bond. A preliminary court date has been set in General Sessions Court in Washington County on 11/06/19 at 1:30 p.m.
