On 9/14/19, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Justin Fiebiger (1308 Bell Ridge Rd., Johnson City, 35 years old) and charged him with felony vandalism, simple assault (domestic), public intoxication, and resisting arrest.
On 9/14/19, officers responded at approximately 9:30 p.m., where Fiebiger had assaulted his girlfriend and damaged her vehicle. Officers spoke with Fiebiger and it was apparent that he was intoxicated and agitated. When officers were placing him under arrest, he resisted for a short period of time before taken into custody.
On 9/14/19, Fiebiger was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond. A bond hearing is set for 1:30 p.m. on 9/16/19 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
