On August 30, 2019, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested William H. Shoemaker (General Delivery), 51 years old and charged him with being a Fugitive from Justice.
At approximately 7:00 a.m., officers were investigating a suspicious vehicle on the lot of 512 Swadley Rd. A warrants check of one of the occupants revealed that he is currently wanted out of Scott County Va. for Felony Drug Charges.
Shoemaker was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond pending an extradition hearing which is set for 1:30 p.m. on 9/3/19 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
