On 11/25/18, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Keyshun Combs, a 35 year old male of 1201 E Lakeview Dr. and charged him with Felony Reckless Endangerment.
Officers were dispatched to 1201 E. Lakeview Dr. in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. After Arrival and investigation, it was found that the Defendant Keyshun Combs had a stab wound in his upper torso. Further investigation indicated that this wound was possibly self-inflicted. He had been holding a two year old juvenile victim in his arms at the time.
After transport and medical treatment of his injury at the Johnson City Medical Center, The Defendant was taken into custody for Felony Reckless Endangerment. He was transported to the Washington County Detention Center to be lodged under this charge. The arraignment is scheduled for Monday 11/26/2018 at 1:30 pm in the Washington County Sessions Court.
