On 11/5/18, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Richard Justin Poche (1321 Bristol Caverns Rd, 33 years old) and charged him with Identity Theft and Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia.
At approximately 1:00 pm on 11/5/18., officers responded to the Red Roof Inn at 210 Broyles Dr. Officers received a tip of narcotics activity in room #224. Officers made contact with the occupant of the room, Richard Poche, and arrested him on impersonation charges and possession of paraphernalia. It was found later that Poche was booked into the Washington County Detention Center under a false identity. His true identity was found and additional charges of Identity Theft were placed.
Richard J. Poche was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $11,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 11/7/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
