On 10/31/18, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Cody P. Lobsiger (D.O.B. 9/26/1989, 260 Union Rd. Greeneville, TN) and charged him with Evading Arrest (by motor vehicle) and Driving on a Suspended License 1st Offense.
On 10/30/18 at 11:19 p.m., officers attempted a traffic stop on a white Ford Crown Victoria on Bristol Hwy. near Willmary Rd. The vehicle fled from officers and was later located by a Tennessee Highway Patrol unit. The vehicle fled from THP and a pursuit was initiated by them that occurred throughout various streets in Johnson City. Johnson City officers assisted THP. The vehicle was stopped by THP and Cody Lobsiger was taken into custody. Lobsiger’s driver’s license was also suspended. Lobsiger was transported to Washington County Detention Center. Lobsiger is being held on an $11,000 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for Wednesday October 31, 2018 at 1:30 p.m.
