On 10/15/18, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Gerald M Harris (110 W. Pine St. #5, Johnson City, TN., 37 years old) charging him with Aggravated Assault (Domestic).
At approximately 1:47 p.m., officers were dispatched to the residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed that a physical assault had occurred, during which the victim lost consciousness. The victim was transported to the Johnson City Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Mr. Harris was found to be the primary aggressor during the altercation.
Harris was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment was set for 10/16/18 at 1:30 p.m., in Washington County General Sessions Court.
