On 3/1/18, at approximately 11:42 p.m., officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 28-year-old Anthony E Hollifield, 2122 Monta Clark St, Elizabethton, and 23-year-old Constance M. White, 1319 Bell Ridge Rd, apartment 305, Johnson City.
The arrests were the result of an investigation into a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of Walmart, 2915 W. Market St. Both subjects were found inside a 1995 Ford Mustang, which previously had been reported stolen in Carter County.
Anthony E. Hollifield was charged with Possession of Stolen Property over $1000 and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His bond was set at $6000. Constance M White was charged with Possession of Stolen Property over $1000. Her bond was set at $5000. They were scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on 3/2/18, at 10:30 a.m.
