On 03/04/18, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Javier Perez (201 McCall Cir, 35 years old) and charged him with Manufacture, Delivery, Sale, or Possession of Methamphetamine.
At approximately 8:14 pm, officers responded to 1900 S Roan St #202 (Quality Inn) in reference to an unknown disturbance. Officers made contact with Mr. Perez. While searching Mr. Perez’s room, officers discovered approximately 23 grams of Methamphetamine in his coat pocket that he stated belonged to him.
Mr. Perez was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 pm on 03/05/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
