On 03/20/17, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Daniel A Ludoph (1219 Cattail Pt, 49 years old) and charged him with Domestic Aggravated Assault. At approximately 1:52 pm, officers responded to 1219 Cattail Pt in reference to a possible domestic altercation. Officers spoke with the victim upon arrival. She advised she and her husband, Daniel Ludolph, were involved in an argument over wine. She advised it then escalated, and she tried to get away. He reportedly pushed her down and attempted to stab her with a butcher knife. The victim was able to escape to a neighbor’s residence and contacted police. Mr. Ludolph was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $50,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 pm on 03/21/17, in Washington County General Sessions Court.
