On 03/21/17, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jennifer B. Gowan (121 Lynn Rd,Johnson City, TN,
26 years old) and charged her with domestic aggravated assault.
At 12:46 a.m., officers responded to Franklin Woods Hospital on a reported domestic violence incident. The
victim had a large laceration under his left eye which required medical attention. The victims fiancé Jennifer
B. Gowan, had cut his face with a wine glass at 121 Lynn Rd.
Ms. Gowan was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where
she is being held in lieu of a $20,000.00 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:45 p.m. on 03/22/17 in Washington
County General Sessions Court
