On 2/1/17, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Robert Worthy (1009 Oracle Ct., 43 years old) and charged him with aggravated burglary and aggravated assault.
The arrest comes as a result of an investigation into a burglary and assault that occurred at 1415 E. Myrtle Ave. on 12/30/16. Through the course of the investigation, Worthy was identified as the suspect in the incident.
On 2/1/17, Robert Worthy was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $70,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 2/2/17 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
