On 01/20/17 at 5:08 p.m., officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 34 year old Chad Fagan, of 11 State Pl. Johnson City, TN. He was charged with Fugitive from Justice.
Mr. Fagan was located while investigating a shoplifting of Food City at 2120 S. Roan St. During the course of the investigation, it was discovered that Mr. Fagan had a felony warrant out of Clark County, Indiana for Failure to Appear on a Narcotics Charge.
Mr. Fagan was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 01/23/17 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
