On 01/06/17, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 42 year old Robert H. Mann, Newark Valley, NY, after witnesses observed him and another person in possession of a stolen pick-up truck. The truck was reported stolen in Elmira, NY, on 01/01/17. The truck was recovered at an address on Orleans St in the City and Mann was located and arrested near-by. Mann was charged with Theft of Property over $1,000 and is being held in the Washington County Detention Center under a $5,000 bond. Mann is scheduled for arraignment on Monday, 01/09/17, at 1:30 pm, in the Washington County General Sessions Court.
