On 6/16/16, at 7:15 p.m., the Johnson City Police Department arrested Justin Harrell (123 W. Millard St., Johnson City, 30 years old) charging him with theft of property over $1,000.
On 6/6/16, a theft was reported of several gold rings, valued at $2,900, listing Harrell as the primary suspect. Investigation into the theft determined Harrell pawned the rings on 5/31/16.
On 6/16/16, Harrell was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 6/17/16 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
