On Saturday, June 19th, 2016 at approx. 4:30am, Officers of the Johnson City Police Dept. arrested Andres Gonzalez, age 30, of 402 Matson Rd, Jonesborough, TN for the charge of Aggravated Assault. Mr. Gonzalez had allegedly threw a bottle at the victim and struck the victim twice with a piece of wood. This incident occurred on Wheeler St. in Johnson City and Mr. Gonzalez quickly left the scene. A warrant was taken out for Mr. Gonzalez’s arrest. Mr. Gonzalez is being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000 bond charged with Aggravated Assault and is awaiting a hearing in Sessions court on 06/20/16 at 1:30pm.
