On 4/13/16, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Rodney Brown (213 W Fairview Ave., 19 years old) on charges of felony schedule II drug violations, manufacture/delivery/sell of a controlled substance (2 counts) . Brown was arrested and subsequently booked into the Washington County Detention Center under a $20,000 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment at 1:30 p.m. on 4/14/16 in Washington County Sessions Court.
