On 4/11/16, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Gad Nagba (611 E Holston Ave., 20 years old) on charges of felony schedule II drug violations, manufacture/delivery/sell of a controlled substance and (2 cts.) unlawful drug paraphernalia.
On 4/11/16, officer of the Johnson City Police Department and East Tennessee State University responded to 911 calls of an altercation and shots fired in the parking lot at Student Quarters, 1301 Seminole Dr. All involved parties had fled the immediate scene, but officers were directed to an apartment where several of those who fled had gone. During the course of the investigation, investigators located a large quantity of narcotic substances and related items hidden in the apartment. The drugs and paraphernalia were determined to belong to Nagba.
On 4/11/16, Nagba was arrested and subsequently booked into the Washington County Detention Center under a $22,000 bond. He is scheduled for arraignment at 1:30 p.m. on 4/12/16 in Washington County Sessions Court.
