On 12/18/15, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Cynthia Carder (1412 Colony Park Dr., Lot 6 , 41 years old) and charged her with Theft of Property over $1,000 and Theft of Property under $500.
On 12/7/15 and 12/9/15, Carder took property belonging to her co-workers at Subway restaurant, 2695 Boones Creek Rd. Store management and police investigators were able to view video footage of the offenses and warrants were obtained on 12/17/15.
On 12/18/15, Carder was arrested and subsequently booked into the Washington County Detention Center, where she was being held in lieu of an $11,000 bond. She is scheduled for arraignment at 1:30 p.m. on 12/21/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
