On 12/17/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested James F Puckett, 1329 Highway 394, P.O. Box 425 Blountville TN, (30 years old) charging him with Theft of Property over $1,000.00. The arrest stems from an investigation in which Puckett is accused of stealing a dump trailer from a construction site in June 2014. Puckett is being held in the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 P.M. on 12/18/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
