On 12/17/15 at 2:30 pm, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Eric Jose Rodriguez (22 yrs old, 300 E K St. Elizabethton) and charged him Aggravated Burglary and Theft over $1,000. The arrest stems from an investigation into a residential burglary located at 2701 S Roan St. lot 82. The investigation into this incident led to Eric Rodriguez being identified as the suspect in the burglary and theft. Mr. Rodriguez is being held in the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $30,000 bond. He is scheduled for Arraignment in General Sessions Court on 12/18/15 at 10:30 am.
