On 12/18/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Christopher R. Shepard, who resides at 715 Powder Branch Rd., Elizabethton, TN 37643 (25 years old) charging him with Theft of Property over $1,000.00 (3counts). The arrest stems from an investigation in which Shepard is accused of stealing three utilities trailers from different victim’s in Johnson City in July of this year. Shepard is being held in the Carter County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $30,000 bond.
