On 12/09/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Amanda Michelle Holder, 2705 McKinley Rd #9, Johnson City, 33 years old) charging her with Theft of Property over $500.00.
The arrest stems from an investigation in which Holder is accused of stealing a vehicle from an individual on 11/25/15 and who was later arrested in Virginia while in the possession of the reported stolen vehicle. .
