On 12/8/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested James Arron Stewart (1103 Henry St #2, Johnson City, 42 years old) charging him with theft of property under $500 and forgery.
The arrest stems from an investigation in which Stewart is accused of going to American Home Supply, 410 E Main St., and purchasing items from the store and using another person’s name and job account.
On 12/8/15, James A. Stewart was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $2,000 bond. Arraignment is set for1:30 P.M. on 12/9/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
