On 11/28/2015 officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Joshua Rhudy, 35 years of age, of General Delivery, Elizabethton, TN, and charged him with Theft of Property over $10,000 (Possession of a Stolen Vehicle) and Possession of Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia. The arrest occurred after officers responded to the report of a suspicious vehicle behind Fantastic Cuts, 1913 S. Roan Street, and found Mr. Rhudy occupying a vehicle that was reported stolen out of Baltimore County, MD. Inside the console of the vehicle, officers found rolling papers and a marijuana grinder. Mr. Rhudy was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he was being held in lieu of an $11,000 bond. Mr. Rhudy was scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on 11/30/15 at 1330 hours to be arraigned.
