On 11/11/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Samuel Garrison, 25 years old, 3516 Steamplant Rd., Johnson City on charges of Theft of Property over $1,000 and Vandalism under $500.
On 11/09/15, an employee of Mullican Flooring, 655 Woodlyn Rd, reported to police that his vehicle had been stolen while parked in the business parking lot. The business was able to provide video surveillance to officers showing a male near the vehicle prior to it being stolen. The male was identified as Samuel Garrison.
Mr. Garrison was located on 11/11/15 and taken into custody. The victim’s vehicle was also located in close proximity to Mr. Garrison. The vehicle had been spray painted and vandalized, resulting in an additional charge.
Mr. Garrison was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is currently being held on an $11,000 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for 11/12/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
