On 10/19/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Anthony L. Ledbetter (503 W. Watauga Avenue, Apt. 402; 54 years old) for operating a motor vehicle as a habitual motor offender.
Shortly after 6:00 p.m., officers responded to a private property crash at Walmart, 2915 W. Market Street. Upon investigating, Ledbetter was found to be one of the drivers involved and was subsequently arrested for operating a vehicle with a driver’s license that has been either revoked, suspended, or cancelled, since the late 80’s.
Ledbetter was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held on a $5000 bond. His arraignment is set for 10/20/15 at 1:30 p.m. in Washington County’s General Sessions Court.
