On 05/19/15, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Derek P. Morgan, 32 old male, 1400 Rock Garden Road, Johnson City Tennessee 37604. The arrest stems from an investigation into a report that Morgan, while working as a contracted custodian for State of Franklin Healthcare Associates, 301 Med Tech Parkway, stole medical supplies and equipment while performing his duties at the business. Derek Morgan is charged with Theft of Property over $1,000.00. He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Facility on a $10,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County Session Court on 05/20/15 at 1:30 PM.
