On 05/19/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jamey Lynn Booher, (120 Marlene Dr. Bristol, TN), 28 years old, and charged him with one count of Theft of Property over $500. The arrest is the result of an investigation into a report filed by the complainant who stated that Mr. Booher rented property from their business and failed to complete payments or return the property. Mr. Booher was transported to Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $2,000.00 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:00 a.m. on 05/20/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
