On 5/7/15, Investigators with the Johnson City Police Department arrested Kelly Elizabeth Snowden (W/F, age 45 years old, 488 Cherokee Mountain Rd., Jonesborough) on charges of Forgery and Credit Card Fraud under $500.
On 3/31/15, Officers with the Johnson City PD received a report of a Credit Card Fraud that occurred at 912 W. Market St. The victim reported that her credit card had been stolen in Kingsport and used in Johnson City. Further investigation revealed that Kelly Snowden had used the victim’s credit card.
On 5/7/15, the defendant came to Police HQ. She was taken into custody at that time and charged with Forgery and Credit Card Fraud under $500. She was transported to the Washington Co. Detention Center where she was held on a $2,000 bond. She is scheduled to appear in Washington Co. General Sessions Court on Friday, 5/8/15 at 10:00 am.
