On 4/12/15, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Soe Khaing (907 Antioch Rd. # 35, 33 years old) charging him with theft over $500.
On 3/16/15, a Johnson City Power Board employee contacted police about an unauthorized wiring of a power meter. Officer’s observed that Khaing’s apartment was receiving power at the cost of his neighbor. The theft had been ongoing for about 8 months.
On 4/12/15, Khaing was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he was being held in lieu of a $1,000 bond. Arraignment was set for 1:30 p.m. on 4/13/15 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
