On 6/14/18, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Domanic Rahn ( Greeneville, TN., 19 years old) and charged him with being in possession of stolen property valued over $1,000.

The arrest comes as a result of an investigation into a bicycle theft that occurred at 71 Wilson Ave. on the evening of 6/2/18. Days later, the victim found that his bicycle being sold on a social media sight and police were able to recover the property. The person selling the bicycle was identified as Domanic Rahn.   

On 6/14/18, Rahn was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 10:30 a.m. on 6/15/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.

On 6/18/18, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Johnny Boyd Holden (141 E. Market St. #703, Johnson City TN., 58 years old), charging him with aggravated assault.

 

On 6/18/18, at approximately 7:25 p.m., officers responded to the John Sevier Center, 141 E. Market St., on a reported stabbing. The victim and several witnesses advised that after a brief verbal altercation in front of the John Sevier Center, Holden pulled a dagger-type knife that he had sheathed on his side and stabbed the victim in the abdomen. Johnny Holden remained on scene and was arrested without incident. The victim was taken to the Johnson City Medical Center where he is currently listed in serious condition.

 

On 6/18/18, Holden was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $25,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:00 a.m. on 6/19/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.

On 6/19/18, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Joshua Ray Edens (253 Highland Hills Dr., 30 years old) and charged him with auto burglary (5 counts) and theft under $1,000 (2 counts).

The arrest comes as a result of an investigation into an auto burglaries that occurred on the night of 5/13/18 at the Johnson City Solid Waste Management Office, 91 New St. Multiple work trucks were entered and valuable electronic equipment removed, and damaged, as a result of this incident. During the course of the investigation, Joshua Edens was developed as the suspect.   

On 6/19/18, Edens was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $6,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 6/20/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.

     On 06/19/2018, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Misti D. Laws, 37 yr old, 126 Utah St.., Johnson City, and charged her with being a Fugitive from Justice. The arrest occurred after officers were dispatched to 126 Utah St. in reference to a female who possibly had outstanding warrants. Contact was made with Ms. Laws and a warrant out of Bucannon County VA for Violation of Probation with extradition was confirmed and Ms. Laws was placed under arrested at that time.

     Mrs. Laws was arrested and transported to the Washington County Detention Center.  An arraignment is scheduled for 06/19/2018 at 1:30pm in Washington County General Sessions Court.

                On 06/19/18, at 11:21 a.m., officers of Johnson City Police Department arrested Chalinna L. Hilton, 21, 1700 Nathaniel Dr., Johnson City, TN, 37604 and Kemper Johnson, 23, 1801 E. Fairview Ave., Johnson City, TN 37601 and charged them with Felony Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell, Felony Possession of Methamphetamine, and Possession of a Firearm During Commission of a Dangerous Felony.

                The arrest stems from an investigation into a reckless vehicle traveling on S. Roan St. Officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop on it. When officers approached the vehicle, they smelled a strong odor of Marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. During a search of the vehicle, officers located 147 grams of Marijuana, 1.3 grams of Meth, and a handgun. It was also discovered that Ms. Hilton’s drivers license was currently revoked.

                Ms. Hilton and Mr. Johnson were arrested and transported to the Carter County Detention Center, where Ms. Hilton is being held on a $35,000 bond and Mr. Johnson is being held on a $30,000 bond. An arraignment is set for 06/20/18, in Carter County General Sessions Court.

On June 19th 2018 at 12:17 pm, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Rhiannon Nicole Dianne Gossett, 29 years old, 18 Captain’s Lane, Johnson City, TN, charging her with identity theft and unlawful drug paraphernalia.

The arrest stems from Officers arriving on scene on an assist medical call. Once on scene officers made contact with Ms. Gossett who gave the identity of someone else. A search then discovered several items of paraphernalia within the bags she was carrying.

Ms. Gossett is currently being held at the Washington County Detention Center on a $6,000 bond, with an arraignment set for April 20th 2018 at 1:30 pm

    On 06/20/18, at 2:20 a.m., officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to 2012 Leeland Dr. Lot 8, in reference to a 911 hang-up call.  Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male subject who was outside of the mobile home, walking away from the scene.  The male stated that he was cut with a knife by his wife, 35 year old Sheana Bartlett, 2012 Leeland Dr. Lot 8, Johnson City, TN.  During the course of the officers investigation, it was discovered the male subject had minor lacerations on his arm, but medical attention was refused. Mrs. Bartlett was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic assault.  She was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she is currently being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond.  An arraignment is scheduled for Monday, 06/21/18, at 1:30 p.m.

SUBJECT: Fugitive From Justice                 DATE: 6/20/18                   TIME: 7:45 p.m.

    On 6/20/18, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Timothy W. Calloway (1511 Draco Rd., 49 years old) and charged him with being a fugitive of justice for crime in another state.

At approximately 7:45 p.m., officers responded to the Johnson City Medical Center. Mr. Calloway was being released from the Med Center and officers were notified due to an active warrant for kidnapping, out of Caldwell County, North Carolina, with extradition.

Police made contact with Mr. Calloway at the Med Center and took him into custody upon being discharged. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held awaiting a bond hearing.

Arraignment is set for 6/21/18, at 1:30 pm, in Washington County General Sessions Court.

SUBJECT: Aggravated Domestic Assault                 DATE: 6/21/2018                              TIME: 2:50 a.m.

   On 06/20/2018, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested James Davis (1400 Orleans St., Johnson City, TN 25 years old) and charged him with Aggravated Domestic Assault.  At approximately 11:45 p.m, officers responded to 2610 Plymouth Rd for a domestic disturbance. Officers met with the victim who stated that she and the suspect were in an argument.  The argument intensified and the suspect began to hit the victim with his fists. The victim stated that she attempted to flee to a bedroom but was tackled to the floor where the suspect began to choke the victim with both hands until she blacked out. Officers observed injury to the victim, but medical treatment was refused.  Mr. Davis was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where she is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.  Arraignment is set for 6/21/18 at 1:30 pm in Washington County General Sessions Court.

                On 6/20/2018, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Cheyenne Lowery, 35 years old, general delivery, Johnson City, on charges of possession of schedule VI narcotics for resale, possession of schedule IV narcotics for resale, maintaining a dwelling where drugs are sold, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

                On 6/20/2018 at approximately 5:00 PM, officers made contact with Cheyenne Lowery in his room at Red Roof Inn, 210 Broyles Dr. During a search of the room, officers located large quantities of Xanax and marijuana and other evidence that indicated Mr. Lowery was selling narcotics.

                Mr. Lowery was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held on a $20,000 bond. His arraignment is scheduled for 6/21/2018 at 1:30 PM in Washington County Sessions Court.

                On 6/19/2018, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Jeremy Clark, 30 years odl, 2916 Cherokee Trail, Tallasssee AL, on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.

                On 6/19/2018, officers made contact with Jeremy Clark while investigating a suspicious vehicle at Red Roof Inn, 210 Broyles Dr. During a search of his vehicle, officers located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in a hidden compartment.

                Mr. Clark was placed under arrest on the above charges and he was transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held on a $7500 bond. His arraignment was scheduled for 6/20/2018 at 1:30 PM in Washington County Sessions Court.

On 6/20/18, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Matthew Woodyard (128 Cedar Grove Rd., 18 years old) and charged him with auto burglary (3 counts) and theft under $1,000 (3 counts).

The arrest comes as a result of an investigation into a series of auto burglaries that occurred sometime during the night of 4/25/18 at Bentley Parc Condominiums, Pickens Bridge Rd. Multiple residents had their vehicles entered and property taken. Woodyard was developed as a suspect in these crimes.   

On 6/20/18, Woodyard was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where he is being held in lieu of a $20,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 6/22/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.

    On 06/20/2018, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Mary M Craig (1121 E. Lakeview Dr., Johnson City, TN 19 years old). Mary M. Craig was charged with one count of Aggravated Assault (Domestic).  On 06/20/2018 at 2140 hours, Officers responded to an unknown disturbance in the area of E. Lakeview Dr.//Gibson St. Upon arrival, Officers made contact with the victim and discovered that he had an abrasion near his right elbow. Further investigation revealed that Ms. Craig had swung a knife at him while he was trying to walk away from her during an argument. Ms. Craig was located in the area and placed under arrest for aggravated domestic assault. Police arrested Ms. Craig and she was transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where her bond was set at $5,000 and an arraignment was set for 06/21/2018 at 1:30 p.m.

On 06/24/18, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Amy Leonard (125 Anderson Rd), 49 years old and charged her with possession of methamphetamine for resale, and simple possession.

At approximately 1:50 a.m., officers responded to 1900 S Roan St (Quality Inn) in reference to a suspicious vehicle that had been parked in the parking lot for about an hour. Upon arrival officers made contact with Leonard and another male subject in a white Honda Accord. After a search of the vehicle officers located approximately 256 grams of methamphetamine, 3 hydrocodone pills, and $1301 in cash that was in Leonard’s possession.

Leonard was charged with possession of methamphetamine for resale, and simple possession. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center, where she is being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond. Arraignment is set for 9:00 a.m. on 06/25/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.

On Monday, June 25, 2018, at approximately 06:50 pm, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Katherine Brady (34 years of age, 105 Ocean Blvd, Greeneville, TN) on the charges of Manufacture/Delivery/Sale of Schedule II, Simple Possession/Casual Exchange Schedule II & IV, Driving on Revoked License, and Driving Unregistered Vehicle. 

The arrest was the result of an investigation after a traffic stop on Boones Creek Road. It was determined that Brady’s license was revoked and the vehicle was not currently registered. A search of her person incident to arrest yielded two small baggies of pills, identified as Suboxone and Clonazepam. While en route to the Washington County Detention Center after being arrested, Brady admitted to having drugs hidden in her pants. Once at the jail, female jail staff were able to retrieve approximately 57 grams of methamphetamine from her pants.

Brady is being held on a $12,000 bond. Her arraignment is set for Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 1:30 pm in the Washington County General Sessions Court.

                On 4/5/2018 Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Emmanuel C. Falls (100 West Pine St. 29 years old) and charged him with Domestic Aggravated Assault.

At approximately 11:30 p.m. officers responded to the victims apartment. She advised that her boyfriend Mr. Falls assaulted her at her apartment and then fled on foot. The victim then called the police. The victim had redness and bruising on her neck from where she was strangled. A warrant was issued for Mr. Falls who was later picked up by Unicoi officers and turned over to Johnson City Officers. He was transported to Washington County Detention Center with a court hearing set for June 28, 2018 at 9:00 A.M. His bond was set at $10,000.

On 6/27/18, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Robert J Stinson, 261 Fortions Dr, Limestone, TN, 20 years old, on the charges of Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Drug Paraphernalia and Theft of Services ( under $500.). The arrest is the result of a 911 call in regards to a taxi driver being threatened with a knife over the taxi fare. Stinson was apprehended on scene and positively identified by the victim as the man who had threatened her with a knife. Stinson was charged with aggravated assault and unlawful drug paraphernalia and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $5,000 bond.

 

As a result of the investigation, Stinson was served with a warrant at the detention center charging him with theft of services for the unpaid taxi fare, with a $1,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in General Sessions Court on 6/28/18 at 1:30 p.m

    On 06/28/18, at 1:34 p.m., officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Donald Miller, 811 Wilson Ave, Johnson City, TN, 57 Years Old, on Aggravated Assault charges.

The arrest was the result of a 911 call requesting a welfare check. Upon arrival officers discovered a victim who had been badly beaten. The victim positively identified Mr. Miller as the assailant, who was still inside the apartment, covered in blood, and extremely intoxicated.

The two had been into a heated argument over Mr. Miller’s girlfriend, which turned physical.

Donald Miller is being held on $20,000 bond. His arraignment is set for Friday, June 29, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the Washington County General Sessions Court.

On 6/28/18, the Johnson City Police Department arrested Bradley Necessary (111 Jackson Ave., Elizabethton, 20 years old) and charged him with Aggravated Burglary (2 cts.) and Theft of Property under $1,000 (2 cts.).

The arrest comes as a result of an investigation of two burglaries that occurred at 2701 S Roan St., Lot 210 on 2/6/18 and 2/8/18. Through the course of the investigation, Necessary was identified as the suspect.

On 6/28/18, Bradley Necessary was placed under arrest and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he is being held in lieu of a $850 bond. Arraignment is set for 1:30 p.m. on 7/2/18 in Washington County General Sessions Court.
